Terms and Conditions

Gordz Kickz Cleanz – Fashion Restoration Services


These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of services by Gordz Kickz Cleanz Ltd, a company specializing in the restoration, cleaning, repair, and customization of fashion items including, but not limited to, shoes, clothing, and bags. By engaging with our services, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided


Gordz Kickz Cleanz offers restoration, cleaning, repair, and customization of shoes, garments, bags, and other fashion items. Services may be performed in-house or outsourced to trusted third-party professionals to ensure the highest quality results.

2. Use of Third-Party Service Providers


We reserve the right to outsource any service (such as dry cleaning, specialist repair, or restoration) to qualified third-party providers without prior written consent from the customer. Where possible and practical, we may seek verbal or written agreement as a gesture of goodwill, but it is not a legal requirement. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure third-party providers meet high standards.

3. Limitation of Liability


While we take every care in handling items entrusted to us, Gordz Kickz Cleanz cannot accept liability for damage caused by third-party providers or damage arising from prior conditions of the item (e.g. pre-existing wear, fabric sensitivity, manufacturer faults). In the case of issues, we will support the customer in liaising with the third party where appropriate.

4. Customer Responsibilities


Customers must disclose any known sensitivities or prior treatments done to the item, especially if they may affect cleaning or restoration results. Failure to do so limits our ability to take responsibility for unexpected outcomes.

5. Repair and Replacement Policy


In the event of damage during service or restoration, Gordz Kickz Cleanz may, at its discretion:
- Attempt professional repairs at no additional charge.
- Offer a like-for-like replacement item, subject to availability.
- Offer fair monetary compensation reflecting current market value.
All such resolutions are subject to our internal evaluation and documentation. Customers may submit independent valuations for review, but we reserve the right to make a final decision.

6. Refunds


Service fees may be refunded at the discretion of Gordz Kickz Cleanz where service quality is disputed, provided adequate evidence is supplied and the complaint is submitted within 14 days of item return.

7. Evidence and Communication


Gordz Kickz Cleanz reserves the right to use CCTV footage, audio recordings, and written communication (including verbal agreements and digital messages) as evidence in any dispute or legal process. All communication is handled by management; social media responses may be handled by third-party staff.

8. Legal Entity


All services are provided by Gordz Kickz Cleanz Ltd, a limited company. Customers acknowledge that claims or legal actions must be directed to the company and not personally to individual staff or directors unless otherwise required by law.

9. Agreement


By using our services, you agree to the above terms. These terms are subject to change without notice. The most recent version will always be available via our website or upon request.

10. Time Limits for Claims


Customers must inspect all items upon return. Any complaints regarding damage, dissatisfaction, or discrepancies must be reported to Gordz Kickz Cleanz within 72 hours of collection or delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.

11. Irreversible Services


Some services provided by Gordz Kickz Cleanz, including but not limited to repainting, dyeing, and deep restoration, are irreversible and may alter the original material permanently. By requesting these services, customers acknowledge and accept that the results may vary depending on the original condition of the item and agree that these services are non-refundable.

12. High-Value Item Disclaimer


Customers are required to notify Gordz Kickz Cleanz in writing if the item submitted exceeds a market value of £500. In such cases, we may request additional documentation or insurance coverage. Failure to disclose high value may limit liability in case of damage or loss.

13. Storage and Collection


Completed items must be collected within 60 days of notification. A storage fee of £5 per week may apply after this period. Items uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of, donated, or used for training purposes at the discretion of Gordz Kickz Cleanz.

14. Privacy and Data Handling


We may collect and store personal data including name, contact details, and communication history to manage services, payments, and dispute resolution. CCTV footage and communication logs may be used as evidence in any claims or complaints. All data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
